• Contracts with 3 weeks or less to close and No inspections
• Ideal for cash deals or quick closings that don’t require
managing financing or inspections

Growing up on “Oak Street” in a small, midwest town, I learned the value of a cozy, welcoming home, good neighbors and a healthy community.Now, I live in my own cozy home, in a friendly neighborhood where I love to take walks with my husband, cook for my three sons, work on my current creative or home improvement project or tend to my small forest of houseplants.I love to take on new projects and I am always learning new things!The experience of raising three kids as a small business owner (while becoming a self-proclaimed handy-woman, self-taught LVP flooring installer, and a mostly successful plant parent) has given me a highly developed skill of inventing creative solutions that work for everyone and keep things running smoothly!My early professional background in administrative work and graphic design has sharpened my knack for organizing information and has taught me how to design highly efficient systems.Learning the ropes years ago as a real estate assistant (back when offers came in over the fax machine!) and the last several years as a transaction coordinator, I’ve realized how essential it is for you as an agent to have someone you can trust to keep things on track!With my friendly, down-to-earth way of communicating, I can handle sensitive tasks with a high level of care, keeping your clients informed and happy every step of the way!My passions center around using my various talents in a compassionate and joyful way to help those around me; including you, the real estate agent, as fellow small business owner, and your clients, as members of the community!

FAQs
How it Works...
What if the deal falls through?
We only get paid if you get paid!
For an optional fee, we will prepare the notification and mutual release, obtain all signatures, and follow up to make sure your buyer has received their earnest money refund!
Do you write amendments?
Yes, in states that allow it. Please send an email with the exact verbiage and information (occupancy dates, times, etc.) to be included. We will only copy and paste your exact verbiage.
Do you schedule inspections?
Yes, but only in the CTC PLUS Service Package. However, please note that if there is a short inspection window and/or you are submitting your contract on the weekend, you may want to go ahead and schedule the initial inspection in the interest of time. Please provide the details for your preferred inspectors.
Are you available on nights and weekends?
No, the efficiency of our system allows us to keep everything on track, anticipating deadlines and communicating effectively during regular business hours. However, feel free to send an email or a contract over at any time! Rest assured it will receive prompt attention on the next business day!
Do you offer service in multiple states?
Yes! Originally established in Tennessee, we are branching out to offer service to states with similar statues regarding assistance in real estate. Please contact us to inquire about service in your particular state.
